Ho ho ho! It’s time for Santas Visit. It’s the most magical time of the year. Join in the Lego fun and when you’re waiting for Father Christmas to load up his sleigh and make his journey south to deliver toys to kids everywhere, build this cosy living room scene. You can hang the wreath and stockings above the fireplace, decorate the Christmas tree and place the milk and cookies on the table next to the comfy armchair. Then wait with the cat for Santa to arrive! Santas Visit includes a Santa mini-figure with an accessory.
My kids had an excellent time playing with the Lego Santas Visit set, and pretending they were catching Santa on camera. It made for a night of laughs. It was easy to put together, and there aren’t many pieces, but you combine that with the Legos you already have, and you can get a scene going. It’s also an excellent thing to have your kids think about in December, reminding them to be good.
Join the battle with the LEGO Nexo Knights Siege Machine of Doom. Watch out when the fearsome 2-in-1 machine rises off the ground and turns into a monstrous siege tower! This kit includes plenty of fun features.
General Magmar is seeking the Book of Destruction to help Jestro create even more chaos in the realm of Knighton. Charge Clay Moorington into battle on his Hover Horse to stop him. Zoom in to attack General Magmar and Flama, out when the fearsome 2-in-1 machine rises off the ground and turns into a monstrous siege tower!
Lift the back of general magmar’s 2-in-1 siege machine of doom, featuring 2 platforms and giant wheels with spikes, to switch the vehicle into siege mode.

This set offers an age-appropriate building experience for ages 8-14.
General magmar’s siege machine of doom measures over 5 (14cm) high, 6 (17cm) long and 8 (21cm) wide in vehicle mode, and over 9 (24cm) high, 6 (17cm) long and 8 (21cm) wide in siege mode. The hover horse measures over 1 (4cm) high, 3 (9cm) long and 1 (5cm) wide.
For ages 8 years and over. WARNING(S): Not suitable for children under 3 years old.
This Machine of Doom set has amazing features such as the disk launching trampoline, so when you fire the disk horizontal, it hits a sloped trampoline and launches up in the air. Also, It covers into a tower on 4 wheels (usually its on 6 wheels), and when it does convert into a tower the mouth is revealed and its like eating something when drives even though the mouth is not moving.
It also has primitive catapults like on Moltor’s Lava Smasher and includes 3 minifigures (Clay, General Magmar, Flama). I like clays robo hover horse and the minifigure Flama, because you build it like so that when you look at it its hovering – like on flames.

My son saw this set in a Lego store and asked for it as a birthday gift. He was super excited when he opened it, and wanted to get started right away. He actually worked through the first 6 bags himself with no help which took him about 4-5 hours. He didn’t lose interest at that point, but seemed to be wearing down and asked for my help, so we finished the last few bags together (which was basically the components for the actual volcano).
It says this set is for 8+, but he just turned 6 and did really well with it. He has played with it almost continually since we finished building it 4 days ago. The volcano has a lever which enables you to pop lava rocks up causing an “eruption” (this is probably my son’s favorite feature). He also really likes the drone. I would consider this set to be more on the challenging side for him compared to his other smaller sets, but definitely manageable and lots of fun!

I purchased this set for my son for his birthday and he immediately wanted to start building it as soon as he saw it. He loved the dalmation and the hotdog cart with the flames, personally I really like the engine and the height of the cherry picker. His is the helicopter, and the water cannon and how it shoots actual “water” at the fires, now he is burning everything he can.
As the first set to our Lego City I can not recommend it enough super easy to build, and I actually think the vehicles took longer to build then the buildings, we have only done one set up yet but as soon as we make a room in the house for “Lego Land” I can see that changing. A great start.
The other nice thing was it came with a few extra pieces to replace the ones he will most likely lose,
